Cefadroxil Monohydrate 500 mg

Indication : Cefadroxil monohydrate is indicated for the treatment of patients with infection caused by susceptible strains of the designated organisms in the following diseases :
– Respiratory tract infections caused by Streptococcus pyogenes (Group A β-hemolytic streptococci).
– Skin and soft tissue infections caused by staphylococci and/or streptococci.
– Urinary tract infections caused by E. coli, P. mirabilis, and Klebsiella sp.
– Other infections : Osteomyelitis and septic arthritis.

Composition : Each Cefadroxil monohydrate Capsule 500 mg contains Cefadroxil monohydrate equivalent to Cefadroxil anhydrate 500 mg.
