Indication : Treatment of stable chronic moderate to severe heart failure with reduced
systolic ventricular function (ejection fraction ≤ 35%, based on echocardiography) in addition to ACE inhibitors and diuretics and optionally cardiac glycosides.
Treatment of hypertension and coronary heart disease (angina pectoris)
